We firstly choose One Agency at Wyoming because it was close and local to my mum’s house that we needed to place on the market. Secondly I’d had a good friend sell her home earlier this year through One Agency and she was completely happy with her experience and result.


When we first met Ben we liked him and the team instantly when he first came to see the house.

We were then faced with clean out of his property and sale of his home. We contacted three real estate agencies, told them when we would be at the property for their inspection with the view to get the home on the market.


Stephanie Kramer, from One Agency was the only person to turn up on the time arranged and followed up with a realistic assessment and price range for the property. At all times Stephanie kept us informed of developments. Her efforts amazed us with the result. Stephanie sold the property for $35,000 above her highest estimate.

Vera and I were pleased with the level of service and professionalism that Ben Cheveral provided in the initial purchase of 26 Perratt Close, Lisarow . Ben naturally recommended the services of your rental management team and we had hoped the service would be equally as impressive.
